Earn up to 12% Returns:

We have paid our investors millions in interests. Since 2014, investors have earned an average annualized return of 8 - 12% with principal repayment typically in less than 36 months.


Strict Underwriting Criteria:

1).   We stick with “Location, Location, and Location” and discover low-cost, high-rent properties, renovate, and manage all properties by our in-house real estate professionals.

2).   Only about 6% – 8% of all projects submitted for funding meet our underwriting criteria.

3).   We implement rigorous tenant income verification and employment history.
